NASCAR at Bristol: Odds, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch for Food City 500

NASCAR is taking a tiny break and this weekend’s event heads to the venue at Bristol Motor Speedway.

While the racing will be changing up somewhat at the moment, the storylines stay virtually the same: Kyle Busch has one of the best cars every week, Kevin Harvick is still searching for his first triumph and Brad Keselowski and Denny Hamlin will be lurking for their third victories. The past is the past, however, and Busch has all of the background at Bristol Motor Speedway, with seven career wins at the track with 10 5s and 15 top 10s to his name there, as well. He won last season’s race and will be searching for his third triumph it should be noted he has crushed in Bristol, therefore there’s some danger here.

Hamlin and keselowski do have the exact same track record since Busch but Harvick has been the best concerning consistency in memory. He hasn’t finished outside the top 10 and has just two wins there.

History says he must factor to the win, but he only has had the car this year to win and that can’t be dismissed. So until Harvick proves he can get a win it’s really difficult to predict him making it .

We’re going with Busch since he has factored into the closing laps at every race, has the auto and loves Bristol he has been in this year from the Cup Series on down to the Trucks.
