Middlesbrough are set to sue the British Soccer League for supposedly failing to uphold their financial rules with respect.
Boro – by completing one point behind Derby last time, who missed out on a Championship location – have sent a letter.
The EFL are put to conduct valuations regarding sales for their owners by Derby, Sheffield Reading and Wednesday in the very own grounds.
The EFL as well as both Middlesbrough have declined to comment on the issue.
Back in May, the issue was increased by Leeds United proprietor Andrea Radrizzani, who detained Derby of”cheating” after owner Mel Morris bought Pride Park for 80m and leased it back into the club, helping the Rams attain a gain of 14.6m.
