Tennessee Titans @ Jacksonville Jaguars: AFC South rivals meet on TNF

Week Three Starts with the Jacksonville Jaguars hosting the Tennessee Titans, Only live on Sky Sports Action and Main Event.

This is what to expect…
Who are the Tennessee Titans (1-1)? Can you figure these out? After obliterating the Browns – using Marcus Mariota casting for three touchdown passes and 248 yards – they flopped in the home to the Colts in Week 2.
It is, ultimately, typical for a team that has gone to become erratic this manner. However, they have managed to top the Jaguars in four straight meetings.
The Jags (0-2) have experienced a heartbreaking start. They believed they had finally acquired a franchise quarterback to fix their insecurities in the position in Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles. He also suffered a broken collarbone in the first quarter of this season and was placed on injured reserve.
In his stead, sixth-round pick Gardner Minshew has played exceptionally well (45-58, 488 yards, three touchdowns and one pick) but has not managed to find the team on the line to get a win.
Last week, the Jags fell in Week One to Kansas City but had the match in their hands against the Texans. However, a conversion after Minshew TD to DJ Chark meant a 13-12 loss.
As bemusing since the Titans as a 11, marcus Mariota is. He’s one of just four quarterbacks (Tom Brady, Lamar Jackson and Case Keenum) to start both games and have no giveaways this season and is on pace for career highs in passer rating, yards a week and TD:INT ratio. Last week he could not come through when it mattered and had just 154 yards.
Last time both of these teams met, Derrick Henry ran for a franchise-record 238 yards and four touchdowns, which comprised a NFL record-tying 99-yard TD run. Over the previous six weeks dating back into this game, he also leads the NFL in rushing yards (750) and touchdowns (nine).
The Titans have ball-hawks on the defensive back-end. Logan Ryan comes with a choice in each of the first 2 matches, although Kevin Byard gets the most interceptions (13) in the league since 2017.
Will Gardner Minshew continue his career start? The charismatic 23-year-old had the highest-ever completion percentage (88) in a debut in NFL history in Week One, also headed a great comeback drive last week.
The group’s top weapon on the exterior so much has been receiver DJ Chark, that has 201 yards, 11 catches and 2 touchdowns already . He is a deep threat.
Outspoken cornerback Jalen Ramsey has been in the spotlight this week following locking horns with head coach Doug Marrone during the reduction of last week and subsequently requesting a transaction. The team is believed to have”no plans” to let him go, so will he suit up? Will he show out or rebel so as to escape? Cameras will be trained on him.
Marrone’s potential might be defined by this match . With their season at stake, will the players come flying out and attempt to save their trainer? Or do they lack inspiration after the near-miss of last week? Their commitment and performance as a team is key.
When the Titans can have an early lead, start looking for these to pound on the ball Henry and make it five straight.
